In partnership with the non-proft organization Wasser für Wasser (WfW) we offer local drinking water in highest quality in our minibars, instead of bottled water. If you travel entirely by train to us, we will offer you upon check-in a 24 hour ZVV ticket for the public transportation, valid in the city of Zurich.

Our range includes Fairtrade items as well as products from organic farming and AOP, areas of origin. We also offer gluten-free and lactose-free products standardly. By working with the “Wisli” foundation, we not only support the integration of mentally impaired people, but offer these products as well at the breakfast menu.
Through the partnership with “Wabe3” and the work of several beehives throughout the city of Zurich, we are very proud to offer local honey for breakfast.

By scanning a QR code in the room, guests can define their individual cleaning preferences—ranging from opting out of cleaning services entirely to specifying personalized cleaning tasks that will be addressed and executed by our housekeeping staff accordingly. This approach not only enhances the guest experience but also saves valuable resources such as water, electricity, and cleaning products.
