In the PLATZHIRSCH Bar right in the very heart of Zurich's old town in the quarter Niederdorf located right in the Hirschenplatz square, you will find everything you need for relaxing moments: lots of light-filled space, award-winning Swiss Made design with Ligne Roset furniture, friendly service, an exclusive wine selection, a refreshing cocktail menu as well as deliciously fragrant coffee specialties filling the air alongside pleasant music played from a high-end BOSE surround sound system.

There is a welcoming smoker's lounge complete with a cozy fireplace, free high-speed WiFi throughout, and upon request we gladly loan out iPads for your convenience.

Enjoy a classic or on-trend cocktail mixed professionally by our world-class bartenders, or opt for a flute of our sparkling in-house PH-Secco or vintage champagne, a carefully selected Swiss wine or a rich and frothy latte macchiato. We proudly serve hand-roasted nut selections, an air dried dear sausage from hunter Rolf from Engadine, incredible green olives from Sicily or also amazing slices of heavenly cakes. We’re also happy to offer at any time, freshly baked focaccias, pies and thin crusted pizzas from the famous Italian bakery FENTUA.

As a creative complement to our carefully selected range of European wines, every 3 months we feature unique and characterful Swiss wines in exclusive collaboration with the dedicated and young Swiss winemakers (JUNGE SCHWEIZ - NEUE WINZER). We are also particularly proud to be a prestige partner of CULT WINES.

PLATZHIRSCH Bar can also be booked as an event venue (corporate events, birthdays, product launches, etc.), however never fully exclusive since we also always want to be here for our regular guests.
